Ingredients
Water, herbs and spices, salt, shallots, flavor enhancer, garlic, vegetable oil, sugar, natural caramel coloring, acidity regulator.
Directions
1. Prepare 1/2 kg of chopped beef. Boil in 1.5 liters of water until tender. 2. Sauté 1 packet of Indofood rawon until fragrant. Add to the meat broth. Cook over low heat until the spices are absorbed. 3. Prepare the accompanying ingredients: short bean sprouts, fried onions, and lime juice to taste.
