A practical seasoning made from a variety of selected authentic herbs and spices for making chicken opor.
Ingredients
Coconut milk, herbs & spices, salt, sugar, garlic, shallots, flavor enhancers (monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate & guanylate), vegetable oil, acidity regulator. May contain small amounts of sulfites.
Directions
Prepare 1/2 kg of chicken, cut into small/medium pieces, and add fried onions. Sauté 1 packet of Indofood instant chicken opor seasoning until fragrant. Add the chicken and 1.5 cups of water (300 mL). Cook until the chicken is tender, the spices are absorbed, and the sauce thickens to taste. Serve hot with fried onions.
