Indofood special curry seasoning mix 45g
A practical seasoning made from a variety of selected herbs and spices for making curry.
Ingredients
Coconut milk, herbs & spices, flavor enhancers (monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate & guanylate), sugar, salt, shallots, garlic, chicken flavoring, vegetable oil, acidity regulator. May contain small amounts of protein from shrimp & fish.
Directions
Prepare 1/2 kg of chicken, cut to your liking, and vegetables (potatoes, carrots & cabbage), to taste. Sauté 1 packet of Indofood instant curry seasoning until fragrant, add 2 cups of water (400 mL), then add the chicken. Cook until the chicken is tender and the sauce thickens to your liking. Add the vegetables and cook until cooked through. Serve hot.
